Eu prima data aud de ghimbir confiat. Am folosit doar radacina proaspata. O rad pe razatoarea mica pentru a o pune in mancare sau o tai marunt pentru ceai.

Pai bag 9 litri de apa ,7-800 g zahar ,25 grame drojdie ,ghimbir dat pe razatoare 3-400 de grame ,  le las o noapte la fermetat ,apoi bag zeama la sticle   ,si in frigider  cu ele .
