Constanţa (parţial) plus Digurile de Sud si de Nord

Hai noroc la toată lumea.
 
Cu o zi înainte a fost plimbarea prin Cheile Dobrogei:

Digul de larg din Constanţă imi doream de mult timp să îl văd, iar dacă tot eram prin zonă n-am ratat ocazia.
Aşadar.
 
 
Duminică, 25.05.2014
 
În Constanţa am ajuns pe la ora 16.00, cu bicicletele pe maşină.
Nebunia era în toi: pe de o parte devierile de trafic datorită şantierelor din oraş iar pe de altă parte, era ziua de final a unei regate (Tall Ship Regatta, dacă nu mă însel) şi toate lumea dorea să mearga în port pentru a vedea navele participante.
 
Noi aveam treabă undeva în zona pieţei Ovidiu şi până la urmă am ajuns pe strada Termele Romane.
Aici era o coloană imensă de maşini, pe ambele sensuri de mers, coloană care nu prea se mişca.
 
Însă am avut noroc pentru că am văzut nişte locuri de parcare pe strada Vasile Canarache.
Aici am dat bicicletele jos de pe maşină şi am plecat relaxaţi să vedem câte ceva din Constanţa.
 
Prima opire a fost la moschee Regală (Carol I) sau Moscheea Mare.

Nişa care se vede în poza de mai sus se numeşte “mihrab” şi este orientată spre Mecca.
Amvonul din dreapta nişei se numeşte” minbar” şi este locul din care se oficiază predica de vineri.

Este covoul care a apaţinut moscheii din insula Ada-Kaleh şi este unul dintre cele mai mari covoare orientale din Europa.
Are o suprafaţă de 144 m.p. si o greutate de aproximativ 490 kg.
 
Iniţial covorul a fost donat de către sultanul otoman Abdul Hamid (1876 - 1909) moscheii din insula Ada-Kaleh, apoi în anul 1965 a fost adus la Constanţa.

Data viitoare cand treceti prin Piata Ovidiu sa intrati si la Muzeul de Istorie si bineinteles la mozaic. Cateva poze :

Muzeul de istorie, mozaicul, muzeul Marinei si altele au ramas pentru data viitoare cand ajungem in Constanta.

La fel ca si o portie de scoico mancata la restaurantul Scoica sau in vreuna din carciumile din portul turistic Tomis.

Intr-adevar, sunt multe lucruri interesante de vazut in Dobrogea.

Cândva a fost casa unui armena bogat, apoi sediul Camerei de Comerţ şi Industrie Constanţa, acum, din păcate, este cam într-o stare de paragină.

Partea bună: există un agent de pază.

Apoi am intrat în port, pe la Poarta nr. 1, care se afla in capătul strazii Termele Romane, la intersecţia acesteia cu faleza care merge la acvariu si cazinou.

 

După cum am spus şi la inceput haosul era maxim, generat de o grămada de maşini plus un puhoi de lume care se indrepta spre port, acolo unde erau acostate navele participante la regată.

 

Aşa că nu ne ne-a întrebat nimeni nimic atunci când am trecut, pe lânga biciclete, bariera de la Poarta 1.

 

Am mers puţin pe dig, pe lângă coloana de maşini, apoi am virat stânga (după ce am întrebat în prealabil un poliţist comunitar) spre Digul de larg.

Nici aici nu a fost nicio problemă şi n-am văzut să existe vreo barieră.

 

Pentru a ajunge pe Digul de larg se trece şi pe lângă portul militar, unde fotografiatul este interzis.

Însă nu trec în fiecare zi  pe lângă fregată “Regina Maria”, fosta HMS London.

Motivul: lucrările de extindere cu încă 1100 de metri a Digului de larg, lucrări care sunt în desfăşurare.

Lucrarea este realizată de compania olandeza Van Oord.
Pentru cei încă 1100 metri de dig se vor amplasa în mare aproximativ 3 (trei) milioane de tone de piatră, adâncimea apei fiind de 26 de metri.

Un amănunt interesant.
Printre multe alte lucrări executate de olandezii de la Van Oord se numără şi Insula Palmier din Dubai.
 
Am stat puţin de vorbă cu paznicii.
Aceştia mi-au spus ca se lucrează non-stop şi că lucrările de extindere se opresc doar atunci când vremea este foarte rea.
Piatra este adusă cu barjele din depozitele deja existente în portul Constanţa Sud.
Mi-au mai spus că cei care muncesc la extindere sunt de diverse naţionalităţi: olandezi, sârbi, spanoli, români, portughezi, etc.
După cum s-a exprimat unul dintre paznici: “aud pe staţie toate limbile Pământului”.

Salut ! Toate-s bune și frumoase, eu știam că digul acesta este păzit de securitate, cum s-a reușit accesul pe dig ? Și eu sunt interesat de a face o tură până-n capătul digului (5-6 kilometri). Acum accesul este liber pentru orice românaș?

Dupa cum am spus mai sus, sigura bariera este cea de la Poarta 1 de intrare in port.

In rest nu mai este alta bariera (cea de la capatul digului cred ca este temporara pe timpul desfasurarii lucrarilor de extindere a digului).

 

Probabil digul era pazit de Securitate inainte de 1989.

 

Daca ajuta cu ceva, pe dig erau cativa constanteni (cel putin dupa numarul de inmatriculare al masinilor) la pescuit, plus vreo 2-3 biciclisti.

 

Asadar, fara sa pot garanta, cred ca oricine are acces pe Digul de larg.

 

Probabil, cel mai bine in acesta problema ne poate lamuri un constantean.

Daca-ti plac digurile, poti incerca si cealalta latura a portului, de langa Eforie Nord. Acum vreo 10 ani am intrat cu masina pe el, e destul de lung si acesta. Nu stiu acum daca mai e permis accesul.

Acela este Digul de sud si este in plan, pentru viitor.

Chiar am vorbit cu paznicii de la bariera din capatul Digului de nord si ei m-au asigurat ca accesul este liber si acolo.

Plus ca pe Digul de sud se poate merge pana la capat, pentru ca acolo nu mai este niciun santier de extindere.

 

Ca tot am vorbit despre cele doua diguri ale portului Constanta:

"In prezent, lungimea totala a Digului de Nord este de 8,34 km, iar cea a Digului de Sud de 5,56 km".

Salut!

 

Pentru mine a fost un reportaj interesant, la obiect. M-a scutit de plata celor 30 (sau 60) de lei pentru accesul în moschee și negreșit voi încerca și eu să merg pe Digul de nord. Încă un 10 și "un punct de penalizare" !

De remarcat absoluta lipsă de spirit gospodăresc a edililor, lipsa totală de respect pentru posibilii turiști care vor dori să-și cheltuiască banii dar nu li se oferă nicio posibilitate !

Intrarea in moscheea Regala, inclusiv accesul in minaret cost 4 (patru) lei, nu 30 sau 60 de lei.

 

Nu sunt un cunoscator al Constantei, insa din ceea ce am vazut edilii de acolo par ca fac ceva.

De exemplu, piata Ovidiu (acum total pietonala) mi-a placut cum arata.

Cu placere.

 

Conform panourilor de la intrarea pe santier (capatul dinspre mare al digului) lucrarille se vor termina la 01.02.2015.

Insa, avand in vedere ca lucrarea se executa in RO, ramane de vazut.

Având în vedere faptul că există un topic dedicat, continui aici povestea, doar am schimbat puţin titlul.

Aşadar.

 

01.04.2017 – fără nicio păcăleală.

Împreună cu doi prieteni am plecat cu trenul CFR Călători IR 1581 Bucureşti Nord (07:30) – Constanţa 09:35), fără vagon pentru biciclete.

Cei doi prieteni au insistat să stea cu bicicletele în vagonul în care aveau locuri, io m-am dus direct la ultima uşă a trenului.

 

Bineînţeles ca înainte de a ne urca în tren am vorbit cu nasu’ şi l-am rugat frumos să ne lase cu bicicletele.

Oricum coboram la prima staţie pentru care IR 1581 este unul dintre cele două trenuri zilnice ale CFR Călători care nu opreşte în nicio staţie până la Constanţa.

 

Bicicleta, cu ghidonul aliniat paralel cu cadrul a stat foarte bine la ultima uşă a trenului.

În cazul în care mai există cineva care nu crede, pe linia Bucureşti – Constanţa trenul operat de CFR Călători circulă cu 160 km / h.

La Feteşti se pare că există un depou feroviar cu piese interesante, care ar merita văzute mai de aproape, nu din goana trenului (prin Feţeşti nu circula cu 160 km/h).

Stiu ca nu aveam voie cu bicicleta pe autostrada, insa oricum aveam de mers doar vreo 3 km. In afara de asta, drumul pe langa port nu era o optiune deoarece pe acolo riscam sa ne manance cainii.
Am trecut odata cu masina pe acolo acum cativa ani si m-am speriat, in masina fiind, de multimea de caini care era prin zona.
Oricum, sambata dimineata cand am trecut pe acolo ne-au depasit doar vreo 5 TIR-uri si vreo 3 masini.


Nu a durat mult pana am ajuns aproape de capatul dinspre port al A4.

01.04.2017 – Partea a III-a

 

Intrarea în portul Constanţa Sud a fost foarte lejeră. Doar am spus că vrem să mergem pe dig, cel de la barieră ne-a întrebat dacă avem acte la noi (fără să ni le ceară) şi asta a fost tot.

 

Dacă nu mă înşel, astea sunt Belaz-urile care au lucrat la construcţia canalului Dunăre – Marea Neagră şi a canalului Poarta Albă – Midia Năvodari.

Super! Sa incercati sa mergeti si pe digul de Nord (digul de larg) Se intra pe la Poarta 1 (cu "binete" sau..) si se face stanga. Drumul are cam 8 km, la inceput mergeti pe langa danele unde sunt acostate (andocate, unele) navele militare, unicul si singurul submarin (Delfinul), apoi pe langa navele de interventie "pompier" apoi drumul va poarta in largul marii. Senzatia este incredibila pentru ca pe latura de Nord valurile sunt prezente (uneori chiar si mari!) dar nu se simte curentul la nivelul drumului datorita suprainaltarii stabilopozilor pe latura de Nord, iar pe latura de Sud marea e..calma. E ciudat ca intri pe dig din buricul Constantei si, la capatul digului, iti dai seama ca esti in dreptul localitatii Agigea.

A urmat muzeul marinei. Pot spune ca este un muzeu "bike friendly" pentru ca bicicletele le-am lasat in interiorul muzeului, la indicatiile doamnei casiere.
Biletul de intrare costa 10 Lei iar biletul propriu-zis [se primesc doua] chiar pare a fi tiparit in anul 1988.

Pretul pentru a face poze in muzeu, inclusiv cu telefonul, este 25 Lei, ceea ce mi s-a parut prea mult. Plus ca doamna casiera ne-a spus discret ca fiecare sala este prevazuta cu camere de supraveghere.


In rest, muzeul este foarte tare si merita vazut. 
Pe langa exponatele specifice unui muzeu marinaresc mai exista machete ale ecluzelor de la Portile de Fier 1, Cernavoda si Agigea, plus o macheta de vreo 10 metri lungime a Canalului Dunarea - Marea Neagra.
Pacat doar ca acesta macheta este agatata pe un perete, aproape de tavan.


Urmeaza multe machete de vase, inclusiv cea a petrolierului Independenta, lungime vreo 3 metri.
Iar cel mai tare exponat din muzeu este sticla de sampanie care nu s-a spart la lansarea la apa a vasului Independenta in anul 1977. Cea care a lansat sticla a fost Elena Ceausescu.

Salut ! Sunt interesat de o plimbare pe digul din nord. Nu am priceput prea bine cum se face accesul la acest dig (cu ”sărut-mâna”, șpagă, taxă legală sau ”vă rog frumos lăsați-mă și pe mine să trec”?).  Mulțumesc anticipat.

Foarte fain, cel mai surprins sint de sticla de sampanie care nu s-a praduit ci a ajuns la muzeu.

Si io am fost foarte placut suprins de prezenta acelei sticle in muzeu. Pacat ca tot ceea ce a mai din vasul Independenta este o macheta si o sticla de sampanie.

 

 

01.04.2017 – Partea a V-a

 

Urmează Digul Nordic sau Digul de Larg.

 

Intrarea pe dig se face pe la Poarta nr. 1 a portului Constanţa, cea de lângă cazinou şi acvariu.

Intrarea in port nu costă nimic şi nici paznicii (angajaţi ai unei firme private de pază) nu dau semne că ar vrea ceva.

Pur si simplu le-am spus că vrem să mergem pe dig iar ei doar ne-au indicat să trecem (om + bicicletă) prin poarta pentru oameni şi nu prin cea pentru maşini.

Atât.

 

Odata trecut de Poarta nr. 1, se ţine doar stângă. Oricum nu ai unde să te rătăceşti.

 

Un mini-petrolier.

Tot timpul mi-au plăcut bărcile de salvare de pe astfel de vapoare, gata oricand să fie lansate la apă.

Azi se poate trece de bariera respectivă fără niciun fel de problemă. Doar că trebuie să cobori de pe bicicletă pentru că bariera este fixă.

Dupa cateva sute de metri de la bariera ajungem la extinderea digului, putin mai inalta fata de digul vechi.

În gară, am observat că automotorul expus acolo nu mai există şi că în locul lui a apărut locomotiva lui Mad Max (de fapt un vagon pentru deszăpezire).

Pare că acel vagon a fost adus de la Medgidia, deoarece acolo erau două astfel de vagoane iar acum este doar unul.

Ne-am întors cu trenul IR 1588 operat de CFR Călători, Constanţa (19:00) – Bucureşti Nord (21:05) tren la care naşii erau aceiaşi cu cei din trenul de la dus. Astfel, urcarea bicicletei în tren nu a fost o problemă iar naşul a fost foarte mulţumit cu cei 10 Lei primiţi (pentru bicicleta).

 

La ultimă uşă a trenului bicicleta nu a încurcat pe nimeni.

Vagonul în care am stat (ultimul) era de clasa I.

Naşul a venit înainte de Cernavodă şi a fost incă odată mulţumit cu cei 10 lei primiţi pentru bicicletă.

Având în vedere faptul că trenul mergea fără oprire între Constanţa şi Bucureşti şi că naşul nu mai avea niciun motiv să mai treacă prin ultimul vagon, am profitat de situaţie şi am stat la clasa I-a.

 

A fost prima dată când am mers cu trenul la clasa I-a şi pot spune că mi-a plăcut, deoarece scaunului este mai lat iar locul pentru picioare de-a dreptul generos (am 1.90 m înâlţime).

Plus o carte bună nici nu ştiu când a ajuns trenul la Bucureşti.

Aşadar, cel puţin spre Constanţa, România este o ţară normală, cu infrastructura rutieră şi feroviară aferentă unei ţări normale.

 

Preţul biletului de tren a fost 45 Lei (un drum) datorită reducerii de 25% pe care am avut-o în baza cardului Tren Plus. Altfel ar fi fost 60 lei (un drum).

Referitor la cardul Tren Plus, în ianuarie am recuperat costul cardului (100 Lei) din reducerea de 25% acordată la fiecare bilet de tren.

Din ianuarie până în aprilie am mai adunat încă 90 de lei din reducerea de 25%, aşadar pot spune că a  fost rentabilă achiziţia acelui card.

 

Unul dintre participanţii la tură avea un tren pe la ora 22, aşa că am mai stat cu el la un spritz la cârciuma Pamir din gara de Nord.

Şi pentru mine a fost o premieră pentru că până acum n-am mai băut în gară.

Apoi am luat-o uşor spre casă, bineînţeles cu ocolul aferent pentru pista ciclabilă de pe calea Victoriei, pe toată lungimea sa (piaţa Victorie – Cercul miliar).

În final, cu tot cu drumul de dimineaţa (Colentina – gara de Nord) au fost 78 km.

 

Cam asta a fost.
